Return & Refund Policy

At Horace Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, washed, or worn, unless the item is faulty.

Eligible returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
